This Week in Books

This Week in Books is a weekly round-up hosted by Lipsyy Lost and Found. In this post I look back on a book I've finished, highlight one I am currently reading, and one I will read in the near future. What are you reading these days?

THEN: I sort of finished The Dilemma by B.A. Paris, or rather, I am finished with it. Unfortunately, I found it to be very hard to get into, which surprused me, because the author's books are usually so fast paced and very readable. I was excited to receive and ARC of this one, but am sorry to say, it just doesn't work for me. I definitely recommend the author's other books, though, especially Behind Closed Doors.

NOW: Currently, I am reading Nothing to See Here by Kevin Wilson. I've heard a lot about this book and readers seem to love it. It sounded so odd, though, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm about a quarter of the way in and it certainly is odd, but in a clever, compelling way. Very curious to see how it will end. Have you read it? What did you think?

NEXT: I'm slightly wary of how sad Dear Edward by Ann Napolitano will be, but am curious, too, as I've been reading such rave reviews. I am thinking of reading it or American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins, which I've been seeing EVERYWHERE!
