This Week in Books

This Week in Books is a weekly round-up in which I look back on a book I've finished, highlight one I am currently reading, and one I will read in the near future. What are you reading these days?

THEN: I finished The Witches Are Coming by Lindy West. I had fairly high expectations for this one, because I had read a lot about it and liked the author's previous book. Unfortunately, for me, this was just okay. You can find my full review here.

Currently, I am reading The Fifth Risk by Michael Lewis. It's surprisingly engaging and interesting and definitely a worthwhile read for anyone interested in current politics.

NEXT: Maybe I will read The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson next. It's long, but sounds fascinating and I have read quite a few rave reviews of the book. have you read it yet? What did you think?
