This book received quite a bit of attention for a while and I can understand why. It's odd, but compulsively readable and I found myself finishing it in two days, which has been rare lately. Though there is less of a magical element than I was expecting and it doesn't go as deeply into certain plot points as I think it could have at times, I thought it was clever and original and worthy of the attention it has been receiving. Recommended!
