This Week in Books

This Week in Books is a weekly round-up hosted by Lipsyy Lost and Found. In this post I look back on a book I've finished, highlight one I am currently reading, and one I will read in the near future. What are you reading these days?

THEN: I finished The Sun Does Shine by Anthony Ray Hinton, which was quite a book! It's the author's own story, chronicling his thirty years wrongfully spent on Death Row. It's shocking and disturbing, but ultimately hopeful as well. Recommended! You can find my full review here.

NOW: I'm currently reading The Whisper Man by Alex North. I got my hands on an ARC and it's definitely a page turner and quite creepy at that!

NEXT: My next read will probably be Dry by Augusten Burroughs. I've never read the author before, but have heard good things about this book. I've been reading a lot more non-fiction this summer and would welcome recommendations!
