This Week in Books

This Week in Books is a weekly round-up hosted by Lipsyy Lost and Found. In this post I look back on a book I've finished, highlight one I am currently reading, and one I will read in the near future. What are you reading these days?

THEN: I finished David Wallace-Wells book, Uninhabitable Earth. It was quite a stressful reading experience, but I don't regret having read it and highly recommend the book to anyone wanting to learn more about the way the world is changing, which should apply to all of us. I also finished The Lost Man by Jane Harper, which was great! You can find my reviews here and here.

NOW: Currently, I am reading Normal People by Sally Rooney. I'm only a short way in, but am enjoying it and understanding the hype surrounding this book and it's young and celebrated author. Have you read it? What did you think?

NEXT: I plan to read Levison Wood's Arabia: A Journey Through the Heart of the Middle East next. I've read a number of his books already and enjoyed them all, feeling like a vicarious explorer from the comfort of my house:-)
