As a big Don Winslow fan, I am excited about the publication of his latest book, The Border, even if its length (800 pages!) is quite daunting. Here the author discusses the work that went into this relevant tome.
Another interesting read on CrimeReads was this article about eh reading lives of crime authors. As a crime author myself, my reading varies and I jump from one genre to the next, though mystery is my mainstay. Are you surprised by some of these author's choices in reading material?
Finally, I came across this love letter to a used books store on BookRiot. It's a charming read and will resonate with other bookworms like myself, who enjoy a nose around just the sort of place this letter describes.
