This Week in Books

This Week in Books is a weekly meme hosted by Lipsyy Lost and Found. In this post I look back on a book I've finished, highlight one I am currently reading, and one I will read in the near future. What are you reading these days?

THEN: I finished Revolution for Dummies by Bassem Youssef, a funny, tragic, engaging account of the surgeon-turned-comedian's experiences after the Arab Spring in Egypt. If you would like to read my full review, you can find it here. Recommended!

NOW: Currently, I am reading The Diary by Vikki Patis. It started off quite gripping, but now halfway through, I am beginning to lose interest a little. I think I will keep reading, because I do want to know how the mystery is resolved, however, it isn't quite the gripping psychological thriller which it is touted to be for me.

NEXT: I think I will read something a little different, Hey, Kiddo by Jarrett J. Krosocszka. I've heard good things about it, and am in the mood for a change from my usual fare of crime fiction:-)
