Link Love

It's Friday, which means it's time for Link Love, where I share some of my favorite bookish articles and blogs from the past week. There are quite a few links I found interesting and worth sharing this week. I hope you find something here you enjoy. Happy reading!
This week's Link Love is full of lists. You know I like a good list and I just came across a number of good ones this week that i wanted to share to possibly inspire your autumn reading. One of them is this article I found on CrimeReads, examining the ways social media has influence the thriller through the lens of eight books in the genre.
I know it's only September and looking at November releases may seem premature, but this year seems to be flying by, doesn't it?! One of the things I do like about the change in weather is cozying up with a good book and a cup of tea inside. This list features a number of books I am excited to read, especially A Ladder to the Sky by John Boyne.
Another fun autumn activity is going to the cinema and it looks like there are going to be plenty of exciting book-to-film adaptations in the coming months. I am looking forward to seeing A Simple Favor, The Hate U Give and Boy Erased.
If you just want to watch a fun adaptation in the comfort of your own home, Bookriot has compiled a list of a whopping 45 adaptations you might enjoy on Netflix. I can't believe I haven't seen The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society film yet! I really loved the book:-) I would also like to watch Suite Francaise and Queen of Katwe.
Room is also excellent, if you haven't seen it, as are The Imitation Game, Carol, The Lord of the Rings and Spotlight.
Looks like you could keep very busy with this list;-)
Finally, here's a quiz for my fellow Potterheads, to determine which would be your best class at Hogwarts. I got Defense Against the Dark Arts!
