Link Love

It's Friday, which means it's time for Link Love, where I share some of my favorite bookish articles and blogs from the past week. Happy reading!
I am currently on holiday and mostly looking for gripping books to entertain, nothing too literary, so this list recommending mysteries came just at the right time. I have already read a few of them, but am intrigued by The Marsh King's Daughter, of which I have a copy (though somewhat uselessly on my shelf at home).
Speaking of crime fiction, the LitHub just rounded up a list of 40 of literature's best villains. Are your favorites on the list?
Though for me, David Suchet will always be THE Hercule Poirot, I am intrigued by this planned new adaptation of Agatha Christie's The ABC Murders, which casts John Malkovich in the role.
