Link Love

It's Friday, which means it's time for Link Love, where I share some of my favorite bookish articles and blogs from the past week. Happy reading!
This first article is sad, but important. It features poems tackling the seemingly endless tragedy of gun violence in the US. Definitely worth reading.
My third book will be published late February next year, and I recently came across this article discussing some interesting questions and answers for a budding novelist or debut writer. I certainly had many of these questions when I was starting out, and still had a few of them recently, so I'm pleased I found my answers and hope this will help some of you with your publishing endeavors!
I don't think it's a secret that I love mysteries and I love lists, so when Bookriot offered a combination of the two, I had to share. A number of these series are new to me (to-read list growing as I type), but some favorites included are The Agatha Raisin Mysteries, Her Royal Spyness by Rhys Bowen and Miss Marple by Agatha Christie. And I would add the Vish Puri mysteries by Tarquin Hall as well as the Phrynne Fisher books by Kerry Greenwod.
