Link Love

Time for Link Love! Here I round up a few of my favorite bookish articles of the week. Hope you enjoy and happy weekedn:-)
It is no secret that I am a fan of crime fiction, and The Guardian features a few of the best recent books in that genre. I have already read The Lying Game by Ruth Ware, which I didn't love, but The Unquiet Dead and Give Me the Child are still on my to-read list.
I have become a big fan of podcasts this past year, and Off the Shelf has rustled up a list of 14 book and podcast pairings.
Bookriot has published a list of fairy tales and retellings for adults. I am generally of the opinion that people of all ages can enjoy all sorts of books, but niggles aside, there are quite a few goodies on this list.
Are you fans of the Cormoran Strike series by Robert Galbraith (J.K. Rowling)? I have read all the books and am very excited to see the TV adaptation. The Guardian reviews the series and how they remain true to the books.
One more list in this week's round-up. Stylist has compiled 50 books for autumn reading. Though I certainly don't plan on reading all of them, there are recommendations to suit every taste. I am curious to read Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell, who is one of my favorites for domestic suspense. I also want to read Me. You by Dawn French, The Wardrobe Mistress by Patrick McGrath, The Book of Forgotten Authors by Christopher Fowler and The Invisible Life by Euridice Gusmao. What are you looking forward to reading?
Finally, Purewow Books has a quiz telling you what you should read this autumn. I got Jon Le Carré's A Legacy of Spies. To be honest, I probably will give this a miss. I am not a huge Le Carré fan. Have any of you read it?
